Your account login credentials are your responsibility. Do not share your password with anyone. s444 staff will never ask you for your password. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact support immediately and change your password. You are liable for all activity that takes place under your account credentials unless you have notified us of a security breach.

Before any withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. This means identity verification must be complete and any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied. Attempting to withdraw while a bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met will either forfeit the bonus or place the withdrawal on hold, depending on the circumstances.

Bonuses are available to eligible players as specified in each promotion's terms. Generally, a player may only claim a specific welcome bonus once. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — including through duplicate accounts — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account action.
To activate most deposit bonuses, you must opt in before making the qualifying deposit, unless stated otherwise. Bonuses not claimed within the specified validity window will expire and cannot be reinstated.
Most bonuses on s444 come with a wagering requirement, which means the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount too) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal can be made. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, T20 international matches and bilateral series — are among the most popular on the platform, and specific market rules apply to outcomes such as Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results, match abandonments and rescheduled fixtures.
Bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Pakistan Cricket Board for PCB-governed events or the ICC for international fixtures). s444 will settle bets as soon as reasonably possible after the official result is confirmed. If an incorrect result is used to settle a bet in error, s444 reserves the right to void or re-settle the affected bets once the correct result is established.
A bet may be declared void under certain circumstances, including: the event being cancelled or abandoned without a result, technical errors in the odds at the time of placement, or the event not meeting minimum conditions for settlement (e.g., a cricket match not completing the required minimum number of overs). Void bets have the stake returned to the player's account.
All casino games and slots available on s444 are provided by established software providers and are governed by their respective return-to-player (RTP) rates and game rules. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the server-side game logs maintained by the software provider are the authoritative record. s444 does not manipulate game outcomes.
Maximum bet limits may apply when a bonus is active. Playing above the maximum bonus bet limit may result in the bonus being voided. These limits are stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of Terms, any funds derived from that breach — including bonus winnings — may be forfeited. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to dispute will be returned to the player via the original payment method following investigation.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily should contact support. All pending wagers will be settled before the account is closed, and any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal.
